Our eight-person Odoo practice implements, migrates, and supports Odoo 18 and 19 for Canadian and North-African SMBs — end-to-end, with the documentation and training your team keeps after we leave.

We don’t try to be experts in everything Odoo ships. We go deep on the modules our clients actually run — Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and a short list of well-configured adjacencies.
Pipelines, quotes, subscriptions, sales analytics. Clean data flows into Finance.
Multi-currency AR/AP, analytic accounting, GST/HST/QST, IFRS-ready chart of accounts.
Multi-warehouse routing, barcode scanning, reordering rules, serial and lot tracking.
BOMs, routings, work orders, WIP, and quality control. PLM when the catalog grows.
RFQs, vendor management, approval rules, three-way matching against receipts and bills.
Org chart, time-off, payroll (Canada + Morocco), expense reports, performance reviews.
Tasks, planning, billable hours flowing straight through to invoicing and analytics.
Retail and hospitality POS with offline mode, kitchen tickets, and multi-location reporting.
Branded storefronts wired to the same product catalog — no sync jobs, no reconciliation drift.
Email, events, surveys, and SMS campaigns tied to the CRM — no separate tool required.
Ticketing, SLAs, and mobile field-service workflows with signature capture and timesheets.
Lightweight customizations and custom modules for the 10% Odoo doesn’t ship out of the box.
Fixed-fee per phase. Each one has a named deliverable and an exit criterion. We stop if something isn’t working — we don’t bill through doubt.
Process mapping, current-state audit, module selection, and a written scope with pricing.
Setup on a dedicated sandbox tenant. Your data, your workflows, your chart of accounts — not a demo.
Historical migration, test cycles with your team, and reconciliation against source systems.
Production cut-over on a weekend, with a staffed hyper-care week covering Mon–Fri in your timezone.
Monthly retainer covering version upgrades, new modules, bug triage, and quarterly reviews.
We don’t bill by the hour. Each engagement is scoped, priced, and signed off in writing before we start configuration.
One or two modules, clean data, under 20 users. Designed for SMBs replacing a spreadsheet or a legacy point tool.
Three to six modules, multi-entity finance, non-trivial migration. Most of our projects land here — the sweet spot for 50–250 employees.
For clients already live on Odoo. Version upgrades, new-module rollouts, bug triage, and a quarterly optimization review.
Running an end-of-life version is a security decision, not a budget one. We’ll always tell you when it’s time to upgrade — and we’ll deliver the migration fixed-fee.
Current release. All new implementations ship on 19 unless the client has a specific blocker.
Fully supported. Upgrade path to 18 is smooth — 2–3 week project for most clients.
End of support in Q4 2026. We’re migrating clients off 16 now — plan for a Q3 upgrade window.
No longer receiving security patches. We’ll migrate you forward — not build net-new work on EOL versions.
Every engagement closes with a written measurement of what improved — and what didn’t. The numbers below are medians across 67 production deployments.
Both, though we recommend Enterprise for any business expecting to run accounting, HR, or multi-company features. Community is fine for small teams running Sales + Inventory only.
Both. odoo.sh is our default for most clients — it’s operated by Odoo and keeps upgrades simple. We offer managed self-hosting on AWS for clients with data-residency or compliance reasons to stay off SaaS.
As little as possible. Our rule: 85% standard Odoo, 10% Studio tweaks, 5% custom modules. Heavy customization is a migration tax you pay every two years — we’d rather fit the process to the tool when we can.
Common situation. We start with a two-week audit — performance, configuration hygiene, upgrade readiness — then propose a fixed-fee remediation plan. About 40% of our Odoo revenue is rescue work.
Yes. Our connector library covers Shopify, Stripe, Square, Hubspot, Salesforce, and a half-dozen Canadian payroll providers. We rebuild integrations that aren’t holding up, rather than layer workarounds.
Ninety days of hyper-care are included in every implementation. After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer covering upgrades, new modules, and tier-2 support. About 80% of our Odoo clients renew year-over-year.
Tell us what you’re trying to do — replace a legacy tool, rescue a stalled implementation, prepare for an upgrade — and we’ll tell you honestly whether Odoo is the right fit and what the next quarter should look like.
